We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This dual-role position involves gathering and documenting customer requirements, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, and providing support throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of both business processes and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

? Gather and document customer requirements to guide product development and enhancements.

? Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

? Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases based on customer requirements.

? Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing to ensure our products meet performance and reliability standards.

? Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

? Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product goals and customer needs.

? Provide clear and concise feedback to development teams to facilitate issue resolution.

? Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.

? Develop and maintain product documentation and user guides.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 3+ years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

? Experience with quality assurance methodologies and testing tools.

? Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements and develop functional specifications.

? Familiarity with customer support platforms and tools.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in the education technology sector.

? Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or similar.

? Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, and other database technologies.

? Understanding of big data solutions and data analytics.

? Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
