Job title: Business Analyst - Derivatives
Job location: Toronto, ON
Job type: Fulltime permanent

Skills Required:

• 5+ years related experience in business analysis in Capital Market domain, including experience managing analytical and operational processes

• 5+ years\' experience in financial products and end - to - end trade life cycle

• 3+ hands on experience in SQL

• Knowledge of data architecture and design, with a strong understanding of relational databases

• Knowledge of understanding of different asset classes; FX, Derivatives, etc.

• Knowledge of mapping of data attributes between different sources and destinations

• Knowledge of analyzing data files - these will be Capital Markets data related to Order and Trade lifecycle events

Good to have skills:

• Understanding of JSON format, Elastic search, databases, schemas

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

• Performs the data analysis, solutioning, testing, and implementation of new systems / integrations, system enhancements, and sources or uses of management information systems

• Support system operations, production, administration, and maintenance for assigned Capital Market systems

• Acts as a partner in driving process improvement and reporting capabilities in Capital Market systems using automation and leveraging available data/systems

• Oversees the efficient and accurate delivery of data processing and data management support for Capital Market applications, while ensuring the efficient and timely generation of accurate reporting and documentation
