Your Opportunity:Alberta Health Services Connect Care Clinical Operations is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for the Credentialed Trainer Team. Reporting to the Credentialed Trainer Lead, the successful candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The desired candidate has the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet competing demands. They have a creative, collaborative style, and are a systems thinker with excellent written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have proven skills in business analysis, namely: requirements elicitation and management; solution analysis, design, and validation; workflow mapping; documentation; data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of key tools is vital. These include SharePoint; MS Teams; MS Office, especially Visio and Excel; REDCap; Zoom; Tableau and Service Now. Knowledge of the Connect Care training model (roles, tracks, MyLearningLink rosters), experience in onboarding, orienting, and training new staff on standardized operating procedures are required. This role will administer the CT SharePoint site, CT database, REDCap class survey & Tableau distribution. The successful candidate will participate in the Training & Workflow Business Support Service Now queue monitor rotation. This role will collaborate closely with the with the CT Lead on a number of key areas including improved tools for tracking and reporting on CT upskilling; development of a framework for analyzing CT teaching workload. Support of expanded use of MS Teams and SharePoint are also high priorities. Other work will include monitoring and improving Zoom pure virtual training.Description:As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Required Qualifications:Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience. Additional Required Qualifications:Previous experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Working knowledge of business analysis principles, tools and methodologies including requirements elicitation and management; solution analysis, design, and validation; workflow mapping; documentation; data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio and SharePoint. Knowledge of Connect Care role-based training and access, MyLearning Link technical and administrative processes. Understanding of the key industry issues; using this knowledge in own work. Experience in onboarding, orienting, and training new staff on standardized operating procedures. Conceptual knowledge in own discipline and strive to enhance competency in same. Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team. Ability to sit/stand for extended periods. Ability to tolerate extended computer time. Ability to lift or carry up to 15 pounds. Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years related experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Working knowledge of Service Now. Experience with Tableau. Basic knowledge of REDCap . Certification in Epic Data Courier.
