Interacts with stakeholders to understand requirements through various methods.
Prepares and advises on business analysis policies and best practices.

Conducts detailed business analysis aligned with project management methodologies.
Develops strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
Establishes processes for requirements gathering (e.g., JAD sessions, interviews).
Performs business modeling, data modeling, and flow modeling.
Defines business rules and non-functional requirements for projects.
Monitors progress, resolves issues, and reports to management.
Develops performance measures and traceability matrices for evaluation.
Experience:
Developing strategies and conducting cost-benefit analysis.
Gathering requirements, creating documentation, and engaging stakeholders.
Using CASE tools for documenting requirements.
Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies.

Demonstrated experience in accounting principles /financial analysis,
Demonstrated experience leading development/support teams supporting multi-dimensional and relational database and their applications for effective planning, budgeting, strategizing, and forecasting procedures,
Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex applications utilizing Relational and multi-dimensional databases,
Sound and current knowledge of planning and budgeting processes and practices as applied within the OPS,
Sound and current knowledge of Project Management and system development practices within the OPS.
