How will you make an impact in this role?

This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to support projects strategically.


Key priorities include creating project strategies from communication to change management, supporting the employee experience and employee engagement initiatives and reporting.


The role requires you to work very closely with key stakeholders across the business to support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and monitor engagement levels.

Excellent writing and creative skills and knowledge of all aspects of internal communications including messaging, strategy and channel. Demonstrated project management skills: ability to manage multiple, complex projects, events, and tasks, and prioritize accordingly. Ability to analyze data in clear, organized format and report out key findings. Demonstrated internal and external relationship management skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to deliver results. Self-starter and high level of accountability and able to solve business challenges. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and content editing tools will be an asset.
