Key Responsibilities



Support product management group with customer price setting and analysis. Work with Procurement and product management group to understand the impact of changing input costs to profitability measures and identify price increase opportunities related to resins/additives, inflation, fx rates, ocean freight, tariffs/duties, etc. Monitor cube reports for compliance with customer pricing strategies and profitability targets on an ongoing basis. Support product management group with running and interpreting cube reports. Work with finance to develop reporting, budgets, and forecasts related to supply chain activities, including monthly freight/tariff accruals. Analyze supply chain performance metrics (inventory turnover, lead times, fulfillment rates, etc.) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and develop dashboards and reports. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. Other duties as required

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a supply chain or finance environment. Strong experience with data analytics. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Solid understanding of supply chain principles and financial concepts. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning processes, preferred. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, preferred.
