Job Description

Temporary position for 18 months


As a business advisor, you help serve and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell business products and services based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You develop and maintain business relationships with important clients. You drive results by advising clients on how to implement and use products and services. You balance sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction. You work with clients with complex and diverse needs who have significant development potential for your sector. You analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. Your complex work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business. You advise and assist current and potential members and clients. You help negotiate agreements with practitioners. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

Set goals and advise members and clients on the best solutions and strategies. Help clients develop, carry out, implement and follow up on initiatives Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations Oversee portfolios. Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed Monitor the industry to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the table



Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of four years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Knowledge of French is required Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
