Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing daily office operations, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical, customer service, and computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic work environment. Experience with medical or dental office procedures is a plus.

Duties



Month End Reporting - includes utilization, man hour tracking, mileage and employee count Weekly business reporting - includes accounts receivables, warranty and work in progress Responsible for all new hire postings Provide administrative support into the P&S senior management team Fleet Administration - includes vehicle registrations, monitoring and reporting on costs, assigning drivers to the appropriate units and annual insurance renewals Travel and accommodation bookings for employees traveling for work and training Responsible for tracking warranty costs (vendor, service and new unit) Control and update all Parts and Service policies and procedures Comply with all company policies Follow the overall Health and Safety Policies and Procedures Others duties as required

Qualifications



Excellent Communication and organizational skills Detail Oriented for accurate documentation Able to work independently with minimum supervision Well organized and efficient Able to meet month end deadlines Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Work as a team player with all staff and branch locations Strong quantitative and analytical capacity with operational knowledge and willingness to learn new analytical tools Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a team of professionals with minimal support and coaching
The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task and resolve problems quickly and effectively. You will possess excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,648.11-$74,231.80 per year
