Pay Range: $75,000 - $105,000

Position Purpose:
The Business Process Lead will support store processes designed to improve associate experience and sales driving activities within the Canadian division. The successful candidate will have an understanding of business analysis, product development lifecycle, process mapping and stakeholder management best practices. The candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering best in class interconnected associate experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning

  • Listens to and gains knowledge of the customer and associate experience, pulls data to analyze current processes and provides recommendations to improve interconnected store experience
  • Communicates strategy and priorities to achieve team's objectives and goals to stakeholders
  • Develops and gains alignment on solutions using an agile approach with internal and external IT teams
  • Aids in research of competitive landscape, to share insights, to recommend the best solutions to improve business efficiency and ensure we continue to meet our objectives and goals
Delivery & Execution
  • Helps formulate, test and refine assumptions through store feedback and proof of concept projects
  • Validates current processes, aligns stakeholders on future state processes and creates user stories with business stakeholders, UX and IT partners
  • Identifies and shares benefits, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements
  • Creates and aligns stakeholders on change management strategy for stores and leadership to provide the why behind changes
  • Assist in the development, validation, and operationalization of analytical and forecasting models by preparing data inputs, performing analysis, and supporting interpretation of results.
  • Develops and rolls-out store playbooks, guides and best practices to drive sales
  • Ensure data quality, documentation, and adherence to analytics best practices across reporting and process analytics solutions.
  • Support the design, maintenance, and enhancement of analytics data pipelines and curated datasets used for reporting and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions using enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to enable insights across business processes.
People
  • Fosters collaboration with cross functional team members (stores, stakeholders, IT, etc.) to drive value and identify and resolve impediments
  • Advocates for the customers and associates by providing insight on sales driving activities
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational questions into analytical requirements and actionable insights.
  • Works with project team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps
  • Is the subject matter expert for interconnected store experience within the Canadian division

Experience/Knowledge Required:
  • Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M)
  • Flexible work shifts and travel as necessary
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Google BigQuery, PowerBI, and time series forecasting models are an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
  • Bilingual (English/French) an asset
  • Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Strong project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
