Wages: $27.03 hourly
Position: Full-time (35 hours per week), permanent

We are currently looking for a dedicated and safety-minded Bus Driver to join our team in Whitehorse, Yukon. As a Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of passengers. • Safely transport passengers on assigned routes and adhere to specified timings
• Manage passenger behavior quickly and effectively solving problems
• Conduct a pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
• Provide superior customer service and assist with passenger questions/inquiries
• Follow traffic regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and secure journey
• Maintain radio contact with base and use proper communication protocol
• Maintain a clean and organized bus interior

• Valid Class 1 or 2 drivers license
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, 7 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Clean drivers abstract
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Negative drug and alcohol testing
• Air brake endorsement or willing to obtain
• Highway driving experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle various weather and road conditions
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
