Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of workers in the North Vancouver area on a daily basis. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Transport workers according to an on call schedule. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and safety procedures. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and project managers to coordinate transportation schedules and address any operational concerns. Educate passengers about proper bus etiquette and safety measures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

Valid Class 4 Unrestricted driver's license Minimum of 4 years of experience as a bus driver, preferably with experience driving large vehicles such as 52-seater buses. Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, with a commitment to safe driving practices. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. Clear driving & criminal record

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
