Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bus Boy/Food Runner serving our members at the Mansfield Ski Club. you will support the service staff by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, swiftly delivering food and beverages to tables, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Your proactive attitude and enthusiasm will contribute to the smooth operation of our Hearth Room, making each guest's visit enjoyable. Students are welcomed to apply for mainly weekend work,

Duties

Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently from the kitchen to guests' tables. Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are clean, organized, and ready for use. Support the cleaning of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal. Help with setting up dining spaces for special events or catering functions as needed. Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.

Skills

Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Experience in bussing tables, serving, or working in a restaurant environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles. Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations. Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
