BURLINGTON - ASSISTANT MANAGER

Synergie Hunt International is currently seeking high energy retail managers for their very successful Canadian discount retail client.

The job will be very physical with a large focus on retail inventory replenishment. Having a strong background in retail merchandising is absolutely essential.

Offering opportunities for employee growth and support, and fantastic environment, this retail organization is in need of capable retail supervisors to help move the company forward in the best way possible. Retail Assistant Managers are being hired in various areas.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position;

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility with regard to availabilities and work schedules (day, evening, week-end);

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle the physical load on a daily basis;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities;

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and communication skills;

\xc2\xb7 Good time management skills and able to manage priorities.
