Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate the Micros POS system for processing customer orders and payments efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following sanitation guidelines. Assist in food handling and serving, ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
