Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the indoor bungee facility.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and activity flow to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate equipment inspections, maintenance, and upgrades.
Safety & Compliance
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols in line with industry standards and Ontario regulations.
Conduct staff training sessions on safety procedures, harnessing, rigging, and emergency response.
Supervise all jumps and ensure a safe environment for both participants and staff.
Performance & Training
Apply acrobatic and aerial training to enhance the quality of demonstrations, warm-ups, and customer coaching.
Lead workshops or demos showcasing advanced techniques and safe practices.
Develop training programs for instructors and staff to elevate the customer experience.
Customer Experience
Deliver engaging, supportive, and safe instruction to participants of varying skill levels.
Ensure every visitor enjoys a professional and memorable bungee experience.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Business Development
Support promotional events, media demos, and special performances.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to position the facility as a premier adventure destination in the GTA.
Qualifications
Proven
bungee jumping training/experience
(certification strongly preferred).
Background in
acrobatics, aerial performance, or extreme sports
.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in recreation, adventure sports, or performance facilities.
Strong knowledge of
safety standards
and equipment management.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
First Aid / CPR certification required (or ability to obtain before start date).
Preferred Skills
Experience with rigging, harness systems, or aerial equipment.
Demonstrated ability to lead training programs and mentor staff.
Enthusiasm for extreme sports and customer engagement.
