Trouw Nutrition is hiring

"Bulk Shipper/Receiver"

to join our team in Lethbridge, AB. In this role, you will be providing visibility for all aspects of production to other departments and will work closely with production staff on the establishment of order priority in accordance with manufacturing requirements and products received.

Responsibilities:

Determine correct destination for ingredient delivery Keep the area clear and ready for next ingredient; Minimize spillage in transfer Operation of truck scales - Operates forklift as required Process Inter-plant transfers of product to ensure customer gets delivery, for on time delivery We will train you to: identify ingredients correctly, maintain Bin Inventory, collect samples and complete proper documentation

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

High School Education, Basic Computer Skills, Machinery Operation, Numeracy and accuracy Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Forklift experience Willingness to be coached and learn processes

Expectation from the Role:

Full-time; Shift Work Rotation; Overtime as required; Permanent

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly bend and twist, open and close lids, climb ladders and work at heights, and lift 25 kgs.

Physical Work Conditions:

Often exposed to loud sounds, distracting noise levels, and dusty environment. Working at heights.
