Join our Toronto ACEL Bulk Supply Chain team in a dynamic role focused on production scheduling and end-to-end flow control. You will drive operational excellence through optimized scheduling practices while ensuring seamless supply chain execution. The position may also include responsibilities as an ICS (Integrated Collaborative Scheduling) Key User, supporting our site digital transformation journey.

Main Responsibilities



Supply Chain Scheduling



Drive production schedule optimization through effective coordination with Site Supply Planners, converting plans into executable orders within SAP Orchestrate weekly scheduling meetings and maintain robust production plans, ensuring clear communication with manufacturing teams Partner with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve capacity constraints and optimize resource utilization Proactively manage material availability with Material Planners, Flow Controller, and QC/QA teams Review and update scheduling data (Cycle Times, Yield, etc.) with support of MSAT team contributing to site performance

End-to-End Flow Control



Manage end-to-end flow execution, with emphasis on release planning and prioritization within Level 1 operations Lead E2E Flow meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities to maintain production flow Monitor and adjust FaCT & ERP timelines while maintaining FIFO discipline Drive S&OE process through regular engagement with Site Supply Planners/SC Product Planners and active forecast management Identify and address supply risks within the 0-3 month horizon

ICS Key User Responsibilities



Champion the ICS system implementation through hands-on scheduling optimization Guide system deployment activities including configuration, testing, and user training Drive continuous improvement through system adoption and best practice sharing

Continuous Improvement



Lead Master Data Evolution initiatives to enhance industrial performance Apply SMS (Sanofi Manufacturing System) standards to drive operational improvements and sustain a culture of continuous improvement

About You



Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business or in a related field. 3+ years of relevant manufacturing/operations related experience. Previous experience in production scheduling will be an asset. APICS certified or actively working towards certification will be an asset. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Solid understanding of manufacturing scheduling processes Strong SAP expertise and proficiency in supply chain systems will be an asset Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
