Building Sales Associate

to join our team! If you have a passion for lumber, building materials, and helping customers bring their project ideas to life, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for homeowners, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts--guiding them through product options, estimating materials, and helping design complete project solutions.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers in selecting lumber, hardware, and building materials. Offer expert advice and creative solutions to help complete customer projects from concept to completion. Prepare accurate quotes, material lists, and special orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building products, construction methods, and inventory. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of lumber and building materials. Previous sales or customer service experience (building supply or home improvement preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to read blueprints or project drawings (a plus!). Reliable, organized, and eager to help customers succeed.
