Your main responsabilities

Coordinate and verify building structure projects for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential). Participate in surveys of existing conditions, preparation of plans on Revit, drafting of specifications, cost evaluation and work supervision. Participate in or carry out budget estimates and work schedules on projects on which the resource will be assigned. Work closely with engineers to develop solutions tailored to customer needs. Layout, design and create mock-ups. Participate in or draft various documents, such as reports and cost estimates. Participate in internal and external project coordination with multidisciplinary teams and customers. Provide technical assistance during construction site work.

Your Profile

Completion of a vocational diploma in structure-oriented building design or a college diploma in architectural technology or civil engineering. Membership in the Ordre des technologues professionnelles du Quebec is an asset. Between 5 and 10 years' relevant experience in building structure or in a building engineering firm on similar projects. Fluency in French, both oral and written. Proficiency in Ms Office 365 suite and REVIT software. We are looking for a resource with the following qualities: adaptability and flexibility, someone with a view to continuous improvement in the face of new technologies and changes in our field, communication skills are also very important as are personal organization and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
