Job Summary

Lindenholm Ministries Inc. is seeking a

reliable, hands-on Building Services Supervisor

for our 55+ residential communities. This is a

working supervisor role

, combining leadership responsibilities with active daytime cleaning, maintenance, pool testing, snow removal, and grounds work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

daytime cleaning

of common areas Complete

pool and hot tub testing and maintenance

(training provided) Perform and coordinate

snow removal

(winter) Perform

grounds maintenance and grass cutting

(spring/summer/fall) Supervise and support part-time cleaning and maintenance staff Willingness to respond to the occasional after-hours emergency call (infrequent) Conduct routine building inspections Maintain logs, checklists, and compliance records Ensure all work meets health and safety standards

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance, caretaking, or facilities supervision Physically capable of cleaning, snow removal, and grounds work Willing to complete a 3-day

pool operator certification

course (provided) Strong organizational and communication skills A criminal background and vulnerable sector check will be required

Compensation

$25.00 per hour to start Increase to $27.00 per hour upon pool certification Pool certification costs covered by employer Stable, weekday daytime schedule
