Job Description
WORK HOURS - MONDAY-FRIDAY - 4:00 P.M. TO MIDNIGHT
Completing entire interior building walks (parkade to penthouse) and outside building perimeter walks, boiler readings, checking all stairwells, checking all locks, recording and replacing burnt out lights (common areas only), monitoring after hours visitors, responding to alarms, handling intruders, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
