Your main responsibilities
Working in cooperation with project selected lead, engineering, and technical staff to successfully complete assigned projects.
Prepare accurate building envelope & structural drawings, and sketches using CAD and Revit.
Attendance at departmental and project meetings.
Provide CAD and Revit support to designers and engineers throughout the project duration.
Participate in regular skills training and professional development including attendance at seminars and courses.
Maintain expected level of client service delivery quality on projects.
Follow departmental processes on all engagements to successfully deliver to the client and achieve targeted project profitability
Your Profile
Completed diploma in Architectural Technology.
Be eligible and/or registered as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.)
Position requires 0-5 years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit in the modelling and construction of full buildings and their components.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Revit processes and techniques to be able to deliver projects on time to the satisfaction of the customer.
Basic knowledge architectural and structural engineering processes and technical concepts.
Possesses a good balance of technical and people skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and develop design drawings and sketches.
Ability to work independently in both an office environment and home office location.
A commitment to professional and customer service excellence.
Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate technical subject matter in business terms.
