Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the Building Painter will be responsible for the following tasks:

Be familiar with the various equipment and techniques required to paint surfaces of different sizes; Clean and prepare surfaces, using techniques such as sanding; Repair damage (cracks, holes, irregularities) and apply joint compound; Respond to tasks assigned by the Technical Supervisor; Paint various surfaces (walls, furniture, doors, concrete floors, etc.), apply epoxy, stains, wood finishes, etc.; Respect the required timeframes for each task; Maintain the equipment provided; Ensure the cleanliness of the worksite; Use the Yardi system to communicate with the supervisor and update the status of ongoing work; Proudly represent MACH's image with all building stakeholders (tenants, clients, users, staff, etc.); Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position; Experience in building maintenance; Knowledge of the Yardi system is an asset.
