Who you are
The Building Operator is responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs for several buildings located in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will be a critical interface with our clients and customers. Therefore, they must be professional, self-motivated, organized, and have proven capability of problem-solving and prioritizing workloads. Fifth (5th) class power engineer's certificate, or equivalent, is required.

You work with minimal supervision and bring your technical expertise to a high-performing team.
What You'll Bring3-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
5th class Power Engineering Certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Bonus skills and experienceAbility to multi-task and be responsive to time sensitive tasks
Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours
