We are looking for a highly motivated Building Services Coordinator (Building Operator) to join our Industrial property management team located in Vaughan. Reporting to the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of various industrial buildings portfolio located in the GTA.



You will be a key member of this high-reaching property management team - part of a world-class culture. Proactively embrace the Oxford philosophy and deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.



As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:



Inspect building condition interior and exterior including mechanical/electrical rooms, tenant spaces and common areas. Oversee ground/building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, snow removal, landscaping, property line observation, pavement/concrete conditions, roof conditions and any other services performed at the buildings.



Receive Maxx Support calls/tenant service requests, troubleshoot and assess calls. Coordinate repairs with contractors and tenants as required, including access to mechanical and electrical rooms.



Obtain quotes for work, as required.



Respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis or as a schedule set up by the Assistant Property Manager.



Conduct weekly fire pump tests. Consult with tenants and contractors for monthly/annual inspections including scheduling of deficiencies.



Work collaboratively with the Property Management team on all projects including capital, landlord's work, and any tenant work. Attend site meetings with various contractors, consultants, project managers and tenants.



Maintain thorough service records of HVAC, Roof and other building system repairs.



Coordinating with tenants through courteous and professional interactions.



Other duties/projects as required.



To succeed in this role, you:



Have 1-3 years of operations and maintenance experience in commercial/industrial buildings.



Working knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, fire life and safety systems.



Basic knowledge of construction design and blueprint reading.



Any certifications/designations in Property Management like BES, SMT, FMA, RPA would be a plus.



Positive attitude with relationship building skills.



Exceptional customer service, communication, organization and have excellent time management skills. Can easily prioritize tasks while managing other ongoing activities.



Can be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the properties.



Embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a team and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office.



Valid G Driver's License.



Basic knowledge of environmental policies.



Able to use basic power tools.
