What We're Looking For:
2+ years of building operations experience
Valid 5th class driver's license
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and life safety systems
Strong communication and tech skills
4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certificate (an asset)
What You'll Do:
Perform building maintenance and repairs
Inspect equipment and respond to service requests
