You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing, supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and building automation systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive at all times. You will also have the opportunity to work with capital improvement projects and continue to learn and grow within a collaborative working environment.In This RoleYou are comfortable working with technology and look for innovative ways to improve process.You build positive working relationships not only with tenants but also with your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group. You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.You will be roaming to a number of properties in the Mississauga area.What You'll BringMinimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environmentExceptional communication and customer service skills.Successful completion of the Building Environment Systems Operator Class 1& 2Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and your own vehicleBonus Skills And ExperienceAbility to multi-task and be responsive to time critical tasks.Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours.#LI-KR1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
