Responsible in maintaining a clean, safe, healthy environment Responsible for reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, and taking supply inventory as required Respond to any emergencies, interact with contractors. Perform check of mechanical room equipment/systems Ability to paint, minor dry walling, minor electrical and plumbing repairs; Follow and improve procedures, follow up on requests; Perform ongoing prevention maintenance; Perform water treatment testing Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

BES Certification (preferred)
