Leader Name: Senior Manager, Asset Management
As ATB\xe2\x80\x99s next Building Operator/Asset Manager with People Places & Spaces (PP&S), you will report to the Senior Manager, Asset Management. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of a team of 3 Asset Managers (North/Central/South Regions) and will be accountable for the facility element conditions to achieve Facility Condition Index (FCI) goals. This will be accomplished through your expert use of AssetPlanner tools, report analysis, AssetPlanner iAuditor program, inspection program, maintenance program & life cycle planning/prioritization. You\xe2\x80\x99ll travel to each site in your region on a quarterly basis to complete audit and inspection work, as well as minor repairs and maintenance. While onsite, you\xe2\x80\x99ll build relationships with onsite team members, educating them on facility processes and tools, and maintaining the client facility experience integrity. These roles are required to be on call approximately once every eight weeks.
These roles are pivotal in executing on the PP&S Strategic Blueprint objectives. We are excited to further develop FCI annual targets to continuously improve the facility data integrity, and to integrate this data in all aspects of our business to drive future decisions.
PP&S is ATB\xe2\x80\x99s real estate and facilities business unit and leads: real estate strategy, workplace optimization & experience, spatial design, construction, project management, leasing & subleasing management, facilities management & maintenance, asset management, facility operations, occupational health & safety, and physical security.
