Building Mechanic Technician

Job Description
Groupe Robert is currently looking for a building mechanic technician for a work for our terminal.
Under the supervision of manager of the buildings, the candidate acts as a technologist in building maintenance. Specifically, he is responsible to provide internal and external customers effective technical solutions, innovative, safe, at an optimal cost.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications for renovations or construction
- Provide technical design service to the various services of this company
- Monitor work realization
- Order materials needed
- Checking and preparing bills for payment
- Manage staff
- Construction Engineering Technology diploma (DEC)
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, renovation and construction of buildings
- Experience in business environment
- Political sense developed
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- Experience in team management (an asset)
- Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Autonomy, initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in multi-site
- Mobility between terminals
