Duties: Assist in managing a commercial plaza that consists of 15 units.
Coordinate and supervise facility repairs and improvements to ensure smooth operation of the property.
Respond to tenants' and vendors' inquiries with professional written and verbal etiquette in English.
Assist with office tasks such as uploading and organizing files and data entry.
Effectively and cordially reinforce Rules and Regulations to tenants, and issue fines to tenants when needed.
Manage relationships and serve as the point of contact between the property owner and tenants.
Supervise the On-Site Caretaker and assist as needed, including salting and shoveling snow, etc.
Provide access to trades and accompany them. Gather information (pictures and videos) to update the Property Manager promptly.
Review surveillance recordings to investigate specific events.
Prepare monthly Building Operations Reports.
Prepare Incident Reports when requested.
Procure (order, pick up, or deliver) miscellaneous items to the site (e.g., Home Depot/Canadian Tire, copy keys, etc.)
Deposit cheques at the bank in Richmond when requested.
Respond to emergencies promptly to assess and mitigate damage.
On-call for emergencies outside of business hours.
Qualifications
:
Min. 1 year work experience in commercial or residential property management.
Basic understanding of building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Great team player, able to work effectively in a team environment.
Skills
:
Language proficiencies: Highly proficient in verbal and written English. MUST be FLUENT in Mandarin or Cantonese.

iPhone 10 or above to be compatible with work-related apps. Laptop with Microsoft Office and Windows 11.
Salary
: Start from $48,000 per year, including CPP and EI, plus 2 weeks of paid vacation.
Anniversary Bonus
: $1000 anniversary bonus.
Year-End Holiday Bonus
