Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a building manager to join us! JOB DESCRIPTION

Building Manager

Job: Building Manager for Residential Strata Building
Wage: $24.00 per hour
Location: Burnaby, BC
Schedule: Full-Time - Monday to Friday (5x per week)
Hours: 7 hours per day (8:30am - 4:30pm with one hour lunch break)

Qualifications:

2+ years as a building manager You own a smartphone with data You are authorized to work in Canada Skills in general maintenance Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented Good communication skills and leadership skills Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Able to provide assistance to residents and coordinate with trades on site Manage camera and security systems Has knowledge on key fob and enterphone programming Provide assistance for move-ins and move-outs Inspect the building regularly for cleanliness and maintenance Has the skills for admin tasks such as emails, reporting incidents, amenity bookings, inventory supply management etc. Monitor parking
