The Board of Directors is seeking dynamic, service-oriented professionals who can seamlessly combine concierge-level guest service with technical building operations expertise. This hybrid role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Keynote II, exceptional resident experience, and proactive support to the Senior Condominium Manager and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Concierge Duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage front desk operations including, but not limited to, visitor registration and package handling.
Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and assist with event logistics within the building.
Building Operations & Maintenance:
Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with condominium standards.
Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot common mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Oversee contractors and service providers during scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
Monitor building systems (HVAC, security, fire safety) and report anomalies to the Senior Manager.
Administrative & Leadership Support:
Assist the Senior Condominium Manager with operational reporting, vendor management, and budget tracking.
Prepare documentation for Board meetings and support implementation of Board directives.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, resident requests, and compliance check
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Technical aptitude for building systems and ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with property management platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and the Board.

Schedule & Compensation
Availability for both weekdays and weekends is required.
Full-time salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
