PAL Aviation Services is currently seeking applicants for a full time fixed-term Building Maintenance position to join our team in St. John\'s, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform minor and major repairs on all buildings and equipment;
• General upkeep and maintenance on all facilities;
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment;
• Perform electrical repairs as required;
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests;
• Perform outdoor duties such as snow removal;
• Obtain estimates for supplies as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role with a focus on carpentry;
• A clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract and record of conduct;
• Experience in snow removal and ability to operate a front end loader;
• Experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
