Part-time; 3 days a week
Qualifications:
Legally entitled to work in Canada Demonstrated excellence in both written and spoken English Willingness and ability to work flexible hours Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail be physically able to sweep and clean, including bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs. Preferably possess a vehicle for traveling between sites.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, tools will be provided. Maintain cleanliness of residential apartment common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Ensure garbage and recycling bins are emptied and hosed down regularly. Restock supplies as needed. Monitor and report maintenance issues or needed repairs. Follow instructions and training procedures.
