Your main responsibilities



Coordinate, verify and design mechanical building systems for various projects for different sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential) Help carry out surveys of existing conditions, draw up plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and write specifications Prepare budget estimates and work schedules Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to client needs Provide technical support for layout and design

Your Profile



College diploma in a relevant field such as architectural technology, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software Resourceful, collaborative and project-oriented Knowledge of relevant standards and design codes, including the Canadian Electrical Code (Asset) Interest in functional and architectural lighting (Asset)
