Oxford Properties is looking for highly skilled and motivated Building Coordinator to join the team at Yorkdale Shopping Centre located in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations and maintenance of the facilities as well as customer-focused relationship-building.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Technology Operations, understanding & monitoring systems
People & vehicle counting
Security Video , Card access & Key control
Building Automation & energy Management
Parking gates
Fibre networks
Weather & GPS
CCTV experience in the following products is preferred. Milestone / Genetec / AXIS / Lenel
Create, lead and train employees on IT/OT , security procedures and compliance work with our engineering team with respect to the internet, database applications, department software, data, voice, etc.
Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems, CCTV systems, and intrusion systems & other OT systems a plus
Familiar with Aislabs, OxComm, A1 Innovation Group, HID Management, Axon,

HVAC/controls
Life Safety
Electrical

Security Operations
Demonstrates ability to work quickly and efficiently
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Exhibits ability to remain calm in a crisis
Communicates clearly and effectively
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Cooperate with different law enforcement/ police services
Is capable of determining which emergency situations require the most immediate attention
Possesses mental and emotional strength necessary to deal with stressful situations for long period of time
40 hours & rotating shifts
Critical alarm response
Building occupancy monitoring
Monitors all aspects of the Command Centre, including infrastructure and security functions.

To succeed in this role, you have: Educations Fundamentals or equivalents:
BES courses , Seneca college
Building Network fundamental courses
Genetec courses
Licensed to operate scissor lift and forklift, electric carts Requirements

Term:
One year contract
Character skills set of continuous learning & evolving is a must
