Are you an experienced professional with a passion for conducting building inspections, studies, and assessments? Are you looking to grow and thrive as part of a team of recognized experts who value quality work, collaboration, and work-life balance?
Act in the collective interest by joining our team of building experts at our Ville Saint-Laurent office. We play a concrete role in the community by participating in structural projects that improve the daily quality of life of citizens. Among other things, you will carry out inspections, studies, and evaluations of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
Your background
Your application will be considered if you have the following experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in building engineering--construction/civil or structural engineering (a technical degree in building assessment will be considered).
Three years of experience in a similar position or in conducting condition assessment and inspection projects for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
Clear understanding of construction processes, building operations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and other applicable codes and standards is desirable.
Must be able to work independently and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven report writing and MS Office skills.
Knowledge of English is required to facilitate collaboration with our internal teams outside Quebec or with our clients.
A valid driver's license is required.
