Responsibilities:

- Perform routine general building cleaning of our 4 buildings. Cleaning washrooms, sweeping, moping, vacuuming main areas and hallways, garbage removal, shoveling, sanding and salting walk ways during winter.
- Inspect buildings regularly to identify and resolve issues

-Willing to work on weekends.

-Identify and report any issues with the building that needs maintenance attention.

Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Ability to move around and be on feet a lot of the day.

Must be willing to use own car to get from each job site.
