We are currently looking to hire the following position in our Structural Truss Systems facility.
Role:
Builder/General Labourer - Floor Cassette Team
Job Type:
Permanent, Full-Time
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
The role of Floor Cassette Builder includes assembling floor systems using both hand and power tools. This includes accurately positioning materials, clamping, splicing, and securely fitting components to meet design specifications.

Assemble floor cassette building components in accordance with company procedures, standard work operating procedures, and as instructed by the Lead Hand.
Key Requirements of the Job:
Stand, walk, bend, and stretch for 8-10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Lift, push, and pull 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
Use hands for grasping, handling, and precision work.
Stay alert and focused while operating machinery.
Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
