Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various building techniques and materials, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach to construction, ensuring quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Duties

Construct and assemble structures, including walls, roofs, and other frameworks. Install drywall, siding, and masonry as per project specifications. Perform plumbing tasks as needed for various building projects. Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials. Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and timelines. Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing of structures. Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in drywall installation, roofing techniques, plumbing, masonry, siding, and blueprint reading. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 65 per week
