Welcome to NULEEF Cannabis. We are a small, cozy little cannabis shop in Leaside and we're looking for weed nerds like yourself to come on board and join our family.

Must have previous cannabis retail experience*

Must have experience with COVA and Dutchie

One available position: Morning opening shift (key holder). This position is currently a 9:45am-5:45pm (sun,mon,tues,wed,thur)

You will be opening the store and working alone for the first half of your shift

We believe in guaranteeing a set schedule. No picking up shifts last second or being called in on your day off. We are looking for mature adults to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with a friendly and positive experience Establishing and cultivating genuine relationships with all customers Pick, pack, and fulfill product orders Using POS(Cova) system to make sales and track all inventory both at the front and in the stock room Following strict company and government compliance guidelines for age-gating minors (ID checks) Following company standards and procedures in regard to security, inventory, cleanliness, etc (training will be provided) Reporting any issues/concerns, or discrepancies to the manager

Qualifications:

Must have previous cannabis retail experience

CannSell Certificate prior to starting Criminal Background Check We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented people to work at our store. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must Possess knowledge of the industry and its products while also staying on top of new trends that emerge. Demonstrating a willingness to learn our menu and the products we carry Strong attention to detail Must be able to move quickly and adapt quickly as this can be a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are great assets. We want to hire/promote from within and have you grow with us. Have a good understanding of computers, mathematics, and inventory tracking Professional, tidy appearance, and good personal hygiene. Though we have a set schedule that doesn't change often, we want employees who can be flexible when needed.
