Position Overview:

As a Cannabis Educator / Budtender, you will play a vital role in our dispensary by providing exceptional customer service, educating clients about cannabis products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for helping customers select the right products based on their needs

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Assess customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the different strains, products, and their effects. Educate customers on consumption methods, dosing, and product safety.

Sales and Transactions:

Assist customers with purchases and handle transactions accurately. Promote products, sales, and special events to drive business.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regulations regarding cannabis sales. Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing products. Stay updated on industry trends and research to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred. Strong understanding of cannabis strains, products, and their effects.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Certification:

Cansell Certificate

Working Conditions:

Work in a retail environment, which may require standing for long periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
