Budtender We are a locally owned and operated cannabis company in Vernon with 4 locations. Job description Qualifications/ Skills
- 19+ years of age
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience with POS systems
- Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
- Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team with strong Cannabis knowledge
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
- Ensure compliance in all transactions
- Prior retail or customer service experience is required
- Selling it Right Certificate (required)
- Adhere to Provincial and Municipal policy and regulations for retail Cannabis stores. Comply with government standards for inventory excellence and service requirements. Be available for shifts to support the needs of the business, specifically peak times, including holidays, and weekends.
- Offer warm & welcoming, quality customer service
- Experience with inventory, stocking or retail sales is an asset
- Follow all operational rules, provincial regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure the satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on efficiency and teamwork
- Checking customers\' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age
- Opening/ Closing store duties, organize & display manage in-store displays & assets
- Willing to work at any given location
