: Budtender The successful Budtender is passionate about Cannabis, and enjoys building rapport with their customers, understanding their needs, and sharing first-hand knowledge of products. • Able to handle the responsibility of having keys to the shop and opening/ closing as needed
• Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor and in the vending machine
• Greet customers as they enter the store and engage with them to determine their needs
• Process sales/returns as needed
• keep the sales floor area, cash area, and staff room clean and organized at all times
• Restock product from the backroom

Qualifications:

• Passionate about Cannabis
• Selling It Right Certificate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
• Experience with Dutchie E-commerce platform is an asset

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Memorizing basic info on 200 products
• Able to read the fine print on Cannabis Product Packaging and explain to customers their meaning
• Simple arithmetic for cash handling, cash in/out sheets
• We can read your writing
• Ability to operate touch screens, Mac OS based programs, Windows-based programs
• Work alone, unsupervised
• Open the store at 830am, or close the store at 11 pm
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with direct reports/customers/clients,
• Fun and professional
