Job Description

We are looking for a Budtender to provide excellent customer service and top notch product knowledge. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and safe in our stores will stand out.
A focus on product knowledge will be key to answering our customers questions with detail and confidence. A positive attitude and desire to make our customers happy will make you successful in this role. Smart point-of-sale technology simplifies customer relationships and allows you to create lasting impressions. Budtenders will be expected to process sales transactions, cross-sell and verify age identification. You will ensure customer contact information is correct and encourage them to sign up for email and text message marketing initiatives.Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers
• Provide accurate information about products
• Answer customer questions about specific products
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure product displays are clean, neat and stocked
• Provide feedback to team leaders to improve customer experience

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (retail, food or hospitality)
• Ontario CannSell certification program certificate
• Knowledge of technology with the ability and willingness to learn POS/CRM applications.
• Clean criminal record
• Must be 19 years of age
