Position Overview: TorontoaEUR(TM)s best cannabis retailer is looking to add an energetic, personable, and knowledgeable Budtender! As a Budtender on our team, you will provide a superior customer experience by offering exceptional service and your in-depth knowledge of our quality cannabis products. You will be responsible for continuous product knowledge, assessing customer needs, receiving, and stocking inventory, as well as maintaining a clean, welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.Duties and Responsibilities include: u Welcome and assist customers with the selection of products by offering product knowledge and recommendationsu Professionally and courteously respond to customer inquiries and feedbacku Check and verify the ID of all individuals entering the store to ensure they are 19 years or olderu Contribute to the successful achievement of company sales goalsu Maintain your product knowledge and stay current with industry trends by committing to cannabis product research and testingu Perform opening and closing procedures efficiently and in accordance with hours of operationu Use the POS to accurately process orders and payments while adhering to all cash and loss prevention proceduresu Participate in maintaining and ensuring the store is cleaned and organizedu Assist with inventory management including ordering, receiving, documenting, and stocking all products as requiredu Comply and adhere to SLGA policies and regulations as well as company policies and proceduresu Ensure the confidentiality of customer and company informationQualifications: u A passion for cannabis!u A desire to learn about cannabis and share your knowledge with othersu A strong sense of personal integrityu Team playeru Previous retail or customer service experienceu Excellent written and verbal skillsu Detail orientatedu 19 years or olderu Background Checku CannSell CertificationWe appreciate and thank all applicants for their interest, but only qualified applicants will be contacted.
