We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on various cannabis products, and assist in creating a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage retail operations efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or hospitality are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and support diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable cannabis products. Educate clients on product effects, usage, and responsible consumption practices. Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability. Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with product filing and documentation. Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Uphold compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales and store policies. Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail Cannabis sales, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, computer operation, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic math skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with merchandising, upselling techniques, and inventory management is advantageous. Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary for stock movement or display setup. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
