Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Budtender / Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales floor.

Requirements

Must be 19+ in Age Must provide Criminal Record Check Must provide Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification Hands-on experience with POS transactions

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services Operate POS systems efficiently for cashiering and cash handling Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize product displays Provide product information and answer customer inquiries with professionalism Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and effective communication skills Perform basic math calculations for transactions and pricing adjustments Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Support team leadership in training new staff members when needed Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with information about the different types of Cannabis products available, helping them make informed purchasing decisions, and ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with set provencial laws. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a good understanding of Cannabis products, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Saturday & Sunday shifts are available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
