As an Indigenous community, we use our retail experience to showcase Songhees culture, art, and tourism initiatives while incorporating regulated cannabis education and training for our budtenders and customers. Responsibilities to include:

• Delivery products from store to the customer.
• Ensure direct delivery to customers from 19 years old.
• Ensuring quality assurance and excellent customer service at the store on in delivery.
• Maintaining knowledge of a wide range of products and accessories.
• Providing customer education on Seed & Stone\'s range of products.
• Providing a smooth full-spectrum customer experience.
• Maintaining a pleasant and organized environment at the store.
• Strict adherence to all policy and compliance, including Seed and Stone policies, Provincial, and Federal.
• Make sure cannabis is not given to intoxicated individuals.
• Offer excellent customer service, guaranteeing all customers an impeccable delivery experience.
• Delivery driving may be required on an as needed basis
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in high volume, high level of care, retail environment.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Strong cannabis knowledge and passion is an asset.
• Have cannabis retail experience is an asset.
• Valid driver\'s license - class 5, is an asset.
• 3 years of driving experience, it is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of Victoria, BC.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

License (Mandatory):

• Driver\'s License Class 5
